Sharon Ditchburn appointed to CPA Australia - Centre of Excellence for ESG

We are pleased to announce that Sharon Ditchburn, Managing Director and Founder of Capital Advantage, has been appointed to the Centre of Excellence for ESG (Environment Social Governance) which reports to the Board of Directors of CPA Australia.
The COE is entasked with the identification of global and national issues related to ESG as it relates to the policy and advisory functions of CPA Australia, and formulating recommendations to place before the Board of Directors.
CPA Australia is one of the world's largest accounting bodies with a global membership of more than 163,750 members (as at 31 December 2017) working in 125 countries and regions around the world. Its core services to members include education, training, technical support and advocacy. Employees and members work together with local and international bodies to represent the views and concerns of the profession to governments, regulators, industries, academia and the general public.
Sharon is a Fellow of CPA Australia and has been a Steering Committee member of the Dubai CPA Australia group since 2011. She is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK), Honorary Fellow of Hult University, and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is authorised by the IFC (part of the World Bank group) to deliver their Director Development Program globally. She also registered Capital Advantage as the only Registered Tuition Provider for the ICSA Qualifying Scheme/ Programme in the Middle East since 2013.
